What Happens When Builders Stop Thinking Like Users

This is what you get when people building a service think with a provider mindset, fail to think from the user's point of view, and do not even dogfood it themselves. The schedule was probably tight, they probably built exactly what the spec said, and there are probably many excuses. I understand. But it is still disappointing.
