In 2025, AROOO fully shifted its center of gravity from being community-first to being a brand- and product-first business. We reached KRW 3 billion in revenue and turned profitable.
2025 was truly the kind of year that kept making me think of the saying, "If you seek to live, you die; if you seek to die, you live." We moved the office into the house, cut costs one by one, and the list of decisions only kept getting longer. Throughout it all, I asked myself every single day questions like, "Can we really see this through?"
And in the end, what made us endure was not some grand strategy. It was daily execution and trust in one another. Four teammates each held onto their part and carried it to the finish line. Mentors and partners helped us reset our direction every time we wavered. Special thanks to Taeho Kim.
And to mark our first profit since founding the company in 2021, we were finally able to make our first donation under the company's name.
Our team believes that wellness does not end at the level of an individual's daily life. It ultimately connects to society. The same is true of our service (A Room of One's Own) and our brands (Geukrak and Dame), and we want AROOO itself to become a company that steadily chooses and acts in ways that give back to society.
In 2026, we will be even stronger, and prove with bigger results that we can make the sexual wellness market healthier and clearer. Our goal for 2026 is KRW 10 billion in revenue.
