Put Health First, Then Use AI

A note arguing that sleep, exercise, and nutrition should come before work, and that AI can help make that win-win possible.

I know how the body and mind can become healthier. Fill the 24 hours in a day with the important things first, then use the remaining time well.

  1. First, sleep eight hours a day.
  2. Exercise hard for one hour a day.
  3. Take care of your nutrition and cook proper food for yourself.

Do that, and you use roughly 8 hours + 1 hour + 3 hours, or about 12 hours total, leaving about 12 hours. Live with focus during the remaining time. Because people fail to make this priority firm, they cut sleep, skip exercise, eat junk food, and get sick.

When work piles up, we are far too used to solving it by putting in more work hours. We do not fix work time at eight hours and ask how to create impact more efficiently. With that pattern, the health of the body and mind cannot escape a vicious cycle.

I believe there is clearly a way for work and the workplace not to erode my time and ruin my health, but to become a win-win. AI should be used for things like this.

As AI and wearable data meet, the way people manage their personal health is changing. This will become even more mainstream, and Tab0 and Kakao Ventures will be at the center of it.
