The new version of "fortune telling" is really a stack made of sleep, nutrition, exercise, and work or relationship data. By combining Apple Watch data, Google Calendar, and FastingWorks logs for meals, alcohol, caffeine, minerals, vitamins, and fasting, I have been turning Apple Health into a single source of truth and distilling more than 500 relevant studies into data-scientist agents and skills. The result feels like a modern reading of your past and present that also suggests how you might want to live next.
After deciding to optimize for Health + Wealth, I started gifting wearables to my parents and relatives and showing them how to use their health-checkup data. I have also been refining private-banker style agents and skills with older brothers who have more financial history and tax data to work with.
What this increasingly feels like is a shift from depending on experts to being able to actively leverage them through AI.
