Whenever my habits start slipping, I buy a continuous glucose monitor, stick it on, and switch myself back into good-habits mode. This time, with the Dexcom G7, I got constant low-glucose alarms for the first three days, and after calibration it showed only high glucose for the next three. The glucose-prediction model I built myself from papers and bio/lifestyle data fits me much better than this thing.
