I like questions. I like questions that make me think. It's painful to be asked certain questions. But that question makes me think, take action, and soon grow.

Asking good questions is very difficult. Depending on the time, place, person, and situation, you have to consider many things and face uncertainty. However, if you don't ask questions, you will lose opportunities for personal learning and lead the organization to an unwanted place.

When working with smart people, I've found that it's enough to just ask questions rather than give instructions. But these days, AI agents are so good that they work through questions. In doing so, I learn a lot. If you give an order, they will do it, but if you ask questions, you will get better results. If you question what you think is right, you'll come back with a better approach. If you accumulate ten or twenty of these a day, it will make a big difference.

I also discovered this. When I'm in a good mood in the morning, I usually proceed with the work by asking questions, but late at night or when I'm impatient, I give instructions to the AI instead of asking questions, and it doesn't care about the results I bring back. If I had worked through the questions, I would have gotten the results I wanted quickly, but I didn't do that.

As your career progresses, you will be entrusted with leadership or consulting, saying it will have a big impact. Creating change in the organization is required as one of the main roles. But is there anyone who likes change? Forced changes often increase the defense mechanism and become more difficult. Even in times like these, only good questions are sown as seeds in each individual's mind, and through time of hard work, they blossom into self-directed results.

I will end briefly by expressing my gratitude to the people around me who broaden my world with good questions.
